Refunds are only provided in specific circumstances such as competition cancellation or technical errors. Contact our support team for refund requests.

6. Wallet System

Our wallet system allows you to add funds for competition entries. Wallet terms include:

• Funds are stored securely and can be used for any competition entry
• Wallet balances do not expire
• Withdrawals may be subject to verification and processing fees
• We reserve the rightto deactivate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity

7. Prize Claims and Delivery

Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of notification. Prize claim requirements:

• Identity verification with government-issued ID
• Proof of address for high-value prizes
• Accurate shipping information for physical prizes
• Compliance with any prize-specific terms

We are not responsible for prizes lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance is provided for high-value items.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using automated systems or bots
• Sharing accounts with others
• Attempting to manipulate competition outcomes
• Providing false information
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities
• Harassing other users or staff

All content on A4G, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A4G or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Responsible Gaming
