Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 May 2026. A4G Arcade is a connected brand within the A4G Network and is operated by J&S Venture Capital Holdings Ltd, the same UK business that operates All For Giveaways. These A4G Arcade Terms & Conditions should be read alongside, and form an extension of, the main All For Giveaways Terms & Conditions at allforgiveaways.com/terms. Where the All For Giveaways Terms refer to "the Promoter", "the Site" or the "A4G Network", those references include A4G Arcade. Where these A4G Arcade Terms differ in respect of a competition run on A4G Arcade, these terms shall take precedence solely for that competition.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on A4G Arcade and/or entering any competition on the Site, the Competition Entrant has acknowledged, accepted and agreed to be bound by these A4G Arcade Terms & Conditions and by the main All For Giveaways Terms & Conditions, including all sections covering eligibility, payments, refunds, conduct, prize fulfilment, promoter discretion, complaints and governing law.
2. Eligibility
Competition Entrants must be aged 18 or over and ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom at the time of registration. The Promoter will conduct an online identity verification check before releasing any prize and reserves the right to decline a vetting check where there is a discrepancy or mismatch between account details and official identification documents.
3. Account responsibility
The Competition Entrant is responsible for keeping their account details accurate, up to date and confidential, and for using the security tools provided in their A4G One account to mitigate unauthorised access. Providing full legal name and date of birth at registration (not a nickname or alias) is mandatory.
4. Payments
Paid entries on A4G Arcade are processed via our UK payment gateway provider, CardStream, using a valid VISA, Visa Debit or Mastercard. Star Points (site credit accrued within the A4G Network) may also be redeemed for entries where the Competition Entrant holds sufficient balance. Cash, cheques and BACS are not accepted. Star Points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.
5. Prize draw — no guaranteed outcome
Entry into any competition does not guarantee a prize outcome. A4G Arcade competitions are prize draw competitions and do not require entrants to answer a skill-based question. Each valid entry is allocated one or more ticket numbers, and it is those ticket numbers that determine any winnings.
6. Free Postal Entry Route
A Free Postal Entry Route is available to all UK residents as a free entry option into every A4G Arcade competition. To enter free of charge, send a postcard or sealed envelope including:
- Your full legal name
- Your residential address including postcode
- Your date of birth
- A contact telephone number
- The email address associated with your A4G One account on A4G Arcade
- The exact name of the A4G Arcade competition you wish to enter
All A4G Network accounts are created on our main site at allforgiveaways.com/register. Once registered, you can cross-app join into A4G Arcade using the same A4G One Account — there is no separate A4G Arcade sign-up. The email address, residential address and full name on the postcard must match the details on your A4G One Account. Send your postcard to:
A4G Arcade — Free Postal Entry
All For Giveaways
The Elms, Doncaster Road
Rotherham
South Yorkshire
S65 1DY
United Kingdom
On receipt, a ticket number will be automatically generated and emailed to the Competition Entrant. Postal entries are pooled with paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.
Deadline: Postal entries must be received by 4:30pm on the day before the relevant competition is due to close. If a competition closes early (e.g. sold out), postal entries received by 4:30pm the day prior to the early closure will still be validated. Postal entries received on the day of the draw, or after closure, will be voided.
Additional postal entry terms: postcards received without a stamp will be void; postcards must be received by first-class, second-class or express delivery only (no hand delivery); incomplete, illegible or improperly formatted entries (missing name, address, email or competition name) will be marked void; one free postal entry per person, per competition.
7. Maximum number of entries
The maximum number of entries available in each competition is displayed clearly on the relevant competition page. Each competition closes either at the advertised time, or earlier once all entries have been allocated, whichever comes first. Every competition is guaranteed to take place.
8. Instant win competitions — how the reveal works
This is the most important section to read before playing an A4G Arcade game. Please read it carefully.
A4G Arcade competitions are instant win prize draw competitions and operate on the same model as a standard instant win competition you would find on All For Giveaways. The only difference is the method of reveal: instead of simply turning over a card or spinning a digital reel, the result is presented through an overlaid arcade-style mini-game.
At the moment your purchase is completed:
- Your ticket number(s) for the competition are generated and allocated to your account immediately, before any game is played.
- At the same point, the system determines whether any of those ticket number(s) match a pre-seeded winning ticket. If they do, the prize is locked to your account from that moment.
- The outcome (win or no win, and which prize tier if any) is fixed at the point of purchase and cannot be changed by anything you do, or fail to do, inside the mini-game.
The arcade game is a reveal mechanic only. Your inputs, skill, timing, the animations shown, the sounds, the “near misses”, the in-game score, and any visual element of the mini-game (including but not limited to scoring a goal in the penalty shootout, grabbing a prize in the claw machine, landing on a wheel segment, matching slot symbols, scratching a panel, hitting a target, or finishing a race position) have no effect whatsoever on whether you win, on which prize you win, or on the value of any prize. The mini-game exists purely as an entertainment layer to present the already-generated result in a fun way.
In plain terms: by the time the game animation begins, the result is already decided. If your purchased ticket numbers include a winning number, the game will reveal that win regardless of how you play. If they do not, no amount of skilful or unskilful play in the mini-game will produce a win.
Because of this, A4G Arcade competitions are prize draw competitions in which the outcome is determined by the ticket numbers allocated at the point of entry, not by anything that happens during the mini-game. The arcade game itself is not gambling and the outcome of the mini-game does not constitute a wager. A Free Postal Entry Route (see section 6) is available for every competition.
You may skip, fast-forward or close the reveal animation at any time without affecting your result. Your ticket numbers and any winnings can always be confirmed from your profile under “My Tickets” and “My Winnings”, and via the confirmation email sent at the point of purchase.
9. End prize draws — manual (live) draws
Where a competition includes an end prize that is drawn manually at the close of the competition (i.e. auto-draw is not enabled for that competition — see section 10), the winning ticket is drawn at random from all valid entries (paid and postal) using a verifiable random method consistent with the wider A4G Network, including use of the Google Random Number Generator. These manual end prize draws are live-streamed via the A4G Network’s social media channels (including the Facebook page @a4gofficial) so that entrants can independently verify the draw. Watching the live draw is not mandatory and a winning entry is valid whether or not the entrant was present at the stream.
10. End prize draws — Auto Draws
Some A4G Arcade competitions are configured by The Promoter with Auto Draw enabled. Where Auto Draw is enabled for a competition, the end prize winner is drawn automatically inside the A4G Arcade platform at the moment the competition closes (either at the advertised draw time, or earlier if the competition sells out). Auto Draws are not live-streamed on Facebook or any other social channel, because the draw is executed server-side and is not a manual human-performed draw.
How the Auto Draw winner is generated. When the competition closes, A4G Arcade’s server selects the winning ticket number using the database’s cryptographically-seeded pseudo-random number generator (PostgreSQL’s random() function, seeded from the operating system entropy pool). The generator is invoked once, against the full list of valid ticket numbers actually allocated to that competition (paid entries and Free Postal Entry Route entries pooled together), and the ticket whose number is returned is recorded as the winning ticket. The result is then immutably written to the competition record together with a timestamp and an audit event, so the outcome cannot be altered after the fact by The Promoter, by staff, or by any Competition Entrant.
Why this is genuinely random and fair. Every valid ticket has an exactly equal probability of being selected, paid and postal entries sit in the same pool with no weighting, and no human is involved in the selection. Because the draw runs against the live, final list of allocated tickets, it is mathematically impossible to influence the outcome by purchase pattern, timing, choice of mini-game, or any in-app behaviour.
The winning ticket number, prize details and the winner’s first name will be published in the competition’s entry on the A4G Arcade site and may also be posted to the A4G Network’s social media channels for transparency. Winners will be notified in accordance with section 11 and the prize fulfilled in the usual way.
11. Winner notification & prize fulfilment
The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact winning Competition Entrants by email, social media or telephone. Where The Promoter cannot reach a winning entrant within a 14-day period, The Promoter reserves the right to relist the prize as a second-attempt prize draw and the original entry will be regarded as void. Prizes are delivered in-person or via a third-party delivery service (typically Royal Mail) with tracking. The Promoter is not liable for any damages incurred in transit by third-party delivery providers.
12. Refunds & cancellations
Tickets purchased through A4G Arcade are non-refundable, except where a competition has to be cancelled due to a technical fault outside of The Promoter’s control, in which case all entries will be revoked and refunded. Because the outcome of an instant win competition is determined at the moment of purchase, the entry is treated as performed in full at that point.
13. Cross-app account & data sync within the A4G Network
A4G Arcade and All For Giveaways (allforgiveaways.com) operate on a unified A4G One Account. By creating or using an account on either site, the Competition Entrant acknowledges and agrees that account data may be linked and synchronised two-way between A4G Arcade and All For Giveaways (and other A4G Network co-brands operated by The Promoter).
What is synced both ways:
- Account identity: email address, full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact telephone number.
- Verification status: age verification, identity verification (KYC) outcomes and any account flags.
- Wallet balances: Star Points balance, site credit and winnings credit are shared across the A4G Network so a single balance is reflected on both sites.
- Order, ticket and winnings history relevant to entitlements (e.g. confirming a prize was won on the network).
- Responsible play controls (network-wide): time-outs, self-exclusion, “Inactivity Lock” and “Child-Lock” settings are applied consistently across every site in the A4G Network. Spending limits are an exception — A4G Arcade operates its own independent spending limits, set and enforced only within A4G Arcade and separate from any spending limit you may have set on All For Giveaways or elsewhere on the A4G Network. See section 16.
- Communication preferences: marketing opt-in / opt-out settings for SMS and email.
Why we sync this data:
- One account, one experience. A single sign-in works across A4G Arcade and All For Giveaways, with one shared Star Points / credit balance, so you don’t need to top up or verify in two places.
- Safer play. Responsible play limits and self-exclusion you set on one site are enforced on every other site in the A4G Network, preventing the limit being bypassed by switching brand.
- Fraud prevention & compliance. Sharing verification status, identity flags and suspicious activity indicators across the network allows The Promoter to comply with its legal duties under the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK competition law, and to detect duplicate accounts, payment fraud and system abuse.
- Prize fulfilment. Winnings, deliveries and support cases can be administered from a single back office.
- Service continuity. If a competition or feature moves between A4G Arcade and All For Giveaways, your history and entitlements travel with you.
Data is shared only between brands operated by The Promoter (J&S Venture Capital Holdings Ltd) and is not sold to third parties. Processing is carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details of the lawful bases relied on, retention periods and your data subject rights, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data.
If you close your account on either site, you may request closure across the entire A4G Network by contacting support@allforgiveaways.com. Some data may be retained where The Promoter is required to do so by law (for example, financial records, evidence of verification, and records relating to prize fulfilment).
14. Conduct, fraud & misuse
The Promoter may suspend or terminate accounts, void entries and withhold prizes where a Competition Entrant is found to be engaging in malicious or illegal activity, including but not limited to: operating multiple accounts, using automated tools or bots, exploiting system glitches, attempting bruteforce or DDoS activity, payment fraud, providing false information, or otherwise breaching these terms or the All For Giveaways Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be issued for entries voided on these grounds and matters may be referred to the relevant authorities.
15. Wallet & Star Points
Funds in the Competition Entrant’s digital wallet can only be spent at checkout and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. Star Points may be used to enter competitions where the Competition Entrant has accumulated sufficient balance to cover the order at checkout. Star Points have no monetary value, are non-transferable and are non-refundable. Star Points balances are shared across the A4G Network as set out in section 13.
16. Responsible play
The Promoter provides a complete suite of tools to help Competition Entrants manage and recognise healthy spending limits and patterns, including a “Limits” feature, Inactivity Locks and Child-Lock settings. Spending limits on A4G Arcade are set and enforced independently within A4G Arcade — they are not shared with, and do not inherit from, any spending limit set on All For Giveaways or any other A4G Network co-brand. Daily, weekly and monthly limits set in your A4G Arcade profile apply only to cash spend on A4G Arcade, and changes take effect on a 14-day cool-down so that limits cannot be loosened impulsively. All other responsible play controls (time-outs, self-exclusion, Inactivity Lock and Child-Lock) apply consistently across the A4G Network. If you feel your play is no longer fun, please take a break and consider reaching out to BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org).
17. Communications & marketing
Competition Entrants may opt in or out of SMS and email communications from The Promoter for both general service and marketing purposes. Unsubscribe instructions are included in every marketing message. Service messages (such as winner notifications, payment confirmations and security alerts) will still be sent where required to operate the account.
18. Winner publicity
Competition Entrants agree and acknowledge that, on winning a prize, their first name, town/city and winners’ photograph may be displayed on The Promoter’s websites and associated social media channels (including across the A4G Network) for the purpose of creating social proof and transparency.
19. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits The Promoter’s liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, The Promoter’s total liability to a Competition Entrant in connection with any single competition is limited to the value of the entry fees paid to that competition. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete entries caused by malfunctioned computer or server systems, including website downtime, system maintenance, outages caused by spiked traffic, or other technical issues outside its control.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
21. Contact
